1. Self Reflection-

  • A deep dive into Your world right now including your current level of self-care and compassion

  • Explore the beliefs, payoffs and behaviours you unconsciously hold on to and learn how to let go of those that no longer serve you. 

  • Gain a better understanding of the habits that are doing you harm and uncover patterns and stories you may not have realised were holding you back.

  • Together, we'll also identify the things that bring you joy and help you focus on them and bring more in to your life.

2. The Change -

  • Create a plan for your ideal future

  • We'll go through powerful experiences that help you let go of all the things that no longer serve you when it comes to your self-compassion.

  • You'll learn to set and hold boundaries, say "no" when you need to, and prioritise your own needs.

  • We'll make your plan enjoyable and fun, so you'll be excited to adopt it.

3. Inspired Action-

  • Putting your plan into action.

  • You'll meet with me regularly to address any challenges that arise.

  • Together, we'll work on removing any barriers that are getting in the way.

  • We'll make self-care a non-negotiable part of your routine so you'll feel so good you won't ever let it go.
