Burnout, self-doubt and loss of confidence can seep in to all of our lives when we are out of balance. When you are knackered every minute of every day and everyone wants a piece of you, finding any spare time to for your own needs will feel impossible. Add in strong values around making a difference and a drive to contribute to making the world a better place and you have a hot bed for poor self-care.

 

RESTORE was conceived after my recovery from burnout.

I developed the 7 simple elements of this method through my recovery and I practice all the elements to help me thrive.

You can have a thriving business/ career, a full and perfectly balanced family life, boundless energy, peace and happiness AND be completely happy and at peace and celebratory with who you are and the beautiful uniqueness that makes you YOU.

This is the space in which the magic happens.

To change anything we must first find the root cause. In this module, you will do some deep self-development work.

  • Understand our shared and personal stories on “being busy”

  • Discovering your unconscious stories that have been sabotaging your happiness and ability to self-care effectively

  • Healing old wounds and pouring in the love required to embed self-compassion as the new norm

Time

In this module, you will get real about time.

  • Understanding how to do a time audit

  • Finding more time in your life and identifying what you can let go of

  • Learn and Embed time-creating hacks in your work and home life

Openess

In this module, you will learn about self-compassion as a way of life. This work will leave you with a toolkit of methods you will use for a lifetime.

  • Understanding the three elements of self-compassion: Self-Kindness, Common humanity, and Mindfulness

  • Using the Best Friend Method to let go of internal stressors, feel happier, more joyful and experience a deeper level of connection with your true self

Red Flag

In this module you will explore the importance of knowing, addressing and communicating your needs in good time.

  • Understanding early warning symptoms of mental ill health

  • Getting clear on your red flags and indicators that you need to act

  • Creating your own self-care plan to help yourself and those close to you know when your reboot strategy needs to be executed

Elevate

This module, you will take a good look at your life balance. Using the 12 areas of life exercise, you will evaluate where in your life you are ‘settling’ and consequently lacking in life balance.

I can’t make all the sessions can I still sign up?

Yes, all sessions are recorded. So you can access the course in your own time if you can’t make a session. I encourage you to come along if you can though as you will get more from the experience learning as part of a group.

What if I’m not satisfied with the course?

If you are not completely satisfied with the course within 10 days of purchase, simply email me and I'll issue a full refund. I want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in this programme, and I stand behind my content and believe it can provide value to you.

How long do I have access to the course content?

You have access to the course content for life! All sessions are recorded so you can revisit them whenever you like.

Can I pay For The Course In Installments?

Yes, I can offer a payment plan that allows you to pay for the course in 4 installments of £175 if this better suits your financial situation. Ultimately, I want to make the programme as accessible to as many people as possible, while still providing high quality content and support.

How Many Hours Per week should I expect to spend on the course?

A lot of the course requires you to spend time reflecting. You are going to be learning a lot about yourself and how you work during this course. So some of that reflection will happen naturally as you go about your days. After every session there will be homework to do but I have tried to make this fit as easily as possible in to your every day life. All new habits that you start to embed are designed to work for you.
Roughly expect to dedicate around 26 hours to the course over the 16 week period. That’s just a little over an hour and a half a week. (This includes formal sessions)

What happens if I get stuck or need clarity in between sessions?

We have a dedicated Whatsapp group where you can ask me any questions at any time. I will guarantee to respond to any questions within 24 hours although I’m a lot more responsive than that. You can also talk to other course members.

Can I share the course materials with others or is it for personal use only?

Unfortunately, sharing the course materials with others is not allowed. My course content is copyrighted and intended solely for personal use by the enrolled student. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my intellectual property rights. If you know of others who may be interested in taking the course, I would be happy to provide them with information on how to enroll so they can access the course content themselves.
